Our guesthouse is a refurbished Kyoto traditional house and therefore, not designed in the "barrier free" style.
Most of the rooms are on the second and third floor of the building, kindly contact us in advance and let us know if you wish to have a room on the ground floor.
We will try our best to accommodate to your requests.

You will be able to request the reservation on the phone during 9am-9pm on Japan time. So please send e-mail after you call surely. When we can receive your e-mail, we will make your reservation and we send the guide and the map. However, please note that your reservation will not be able to confirmed in the absence of hearing from you within 2days.
